All of our non-custom products pertaining to hand-made (cut & Sew) garments with pre-design graphics options that are printed and produced on demand once your order is placed.
We are not an inventory based business to insure that all our product are in great condition and in the best quality possible each product is tailor-made specifically to each customer that has placed an order.
Due to the current pandemic, it takes on average 7–16 business days to create apparel products and 9–21 business days for non-apparel products.
Fulfillment is a process that pertains to the production, sorting, and packing of a product before it's shipped out. Production of each product is in the order that they are received. Changes to any order such as address changes or design changes may cause delays in fulfillment. Custom orders may also cause further delays due to a longer creation process.
Once a item is ordered, that product then goes into fulfillment. Fulfillment is a process that pertains to the production of the product and includes the following:
On average, our shipping time is 5-7 business days after fulfillment, depending on the order's destination. To ensure your item(s) are sent out as soon as possible, we route all orders to our fulfillment centers where we can fulfill and ship them in the quickest way!
*Please note that shipping companies such as USPS, UPS, DHL may experience their own delays due to COVID-19.
Each custom item is one-of-a-kind, made with personally customized designs based on the customers request. Once the design(s) is completed, you will be sent the final design for approval before production of the item can begin.
All custom designed or personalized orders have a 72 hour time-frame. Once design(s) are completed each customer will have opportunity to review the new design and give final approve. Approval is needed before production of the product can begin. During the review stage changes may be requested.
Once each product has completed the fulfillment process, it is then shipped out to the customer who will then receive a tracking number via their account profile.
